Five milestones. Each has its deliverable.
An engagement moves in short milestones. Each has a written deliverable, a duration and a fixed price stated before it starts. At the end of each, you decide whether to continue.

Scope
Measure before acting
Usage survey, five interviews, a review of your documents. We start from what your teams actually do, not from the licence count.

- The diagnostic: written report and 90-day plan, €1,200 excl. VAT, 10 working days.

Prepare
Write down “done” and the rules
Three to five target tasks per department, their current time, the number at which you scale. The usage policy agreed with legal, the DPO, the CISO and the works council.

Steer
A committee that decides
Six usage indicators, three decisions at most per meeting, a dated log. The committee decides; it does not sit through a status update.

Roll out
By group, by task
One path per group. Champions with time agreed in writing. Training on real tasks, less than 7 days before first use. Managers with a written role.

Measure
Usage at three months
Second survey wave, interviews with people who stopped, usage reports. Then a decision: scale, fix or stop.

Four rules
- Deliverables, not presence
- Every milestone ends with a document you keep. No days billed without a deliverable.
- Every number has a source
- Each finding cites the survey, interview or report it comes from.
- No individual tracking
- Usage is measured in groups of at least 10 people. It is never used to assess an employee.
- Works council before rollout
- Information and consultation sit in the project timeline, not after it.
Are you a consultant?
The deliverables of each milestone are sold one by one in the shop. The asynchronous review gives you an outside view of your own plan, within 72 hours.

You judge the work on paper before deciding to go further. No commitment beyond this milestone.
