Is your AI rollout ready?
Ten questions, five minutes. Every “no” is a risk to plan for, not a reason to stop.
Behind ALGS
One consultant: seven years in IT transformation at Avanade and Crédit Agricole CIB, as Change Manager and Product Owner. Then three years building and running an independent training and digital-product business, on tools built with AI coding agents.
Questions
Before you book a call.
What does it cost?
From €600 a day for an interim role. Diagnostics, workshops and programmes get a fixed price after the scoping call, with a short fixed-price first milestone.
Which timezone do you work in?
Paris (CET). Full European working days, and afternoons for teams on the North American East Coast.
Do you work on site?
Engagements are 100% remote. Travel to Berlin is the one exception.
What kind of contract?
Direct invoicing, or through Malt if you prefer a platform.
Who owns the deliverables?
You do, once paid. ALGS keeps its generic methods and templates.
How do we stay in touch?
A written update every week, a 30-minute call, and a reply within 24 working hours.
What if it goes wrong?
The first milestone is short and fixed-price. If it doesn’t work for you, we stop there, with no commitment beyond it.
Let’s talk about your rollout.
Twenty minutes to understand the tool, the teams and the deadline. You leave with a clear opinion, even if we don’t work together.
