Mobile fleet and telework for 7,000 users

Adoption for a bank-wide rollout, and change communication for a 3,000-user IS transformation plan.

Context

Crédit Agricole CIB is the corporate and investment bank of the Crédit Agricole group: about 9,000 to 10,000 employees in some thirty countries.

The bank was rolling out a new mobile fleet and telework to 7,000 users, while running a transformation plan for its information systems.

Constraint

A rollout that reached most of the bank’s staff, reporting in French and English, and a work-study position.

What I did

  • Supported adoption of the mobile-fleet and telework rollout: 7,000 users.
  • Ran change communication and training for the IS transformation plan: 3,000 users.
  • Built the PMO tracking tools.
  • Trained project managers in change management.

Result

Two rollouts supported: 7,000 and 3,000 users.
