Context
Since 2023 I have run my own training and digital-product business: product, sales, suppliers and budget.
It needed a mobile-first platform with automated payments and booking, without a technical team.
Constraint
One person for everything: product, code, support and sales. Every automation had to be checkable without reading all the code.
What I did
- Defined the product and its acceptance criteria before writing a single line.
- Built the website, e-commerce and automated quality checks with AI coding agents.
- Wired payments, booking and forms to standard services: Cloudflare, Stripe, GoCardless, Cal.com, Tally, Make, Zoho.
Result
A platform that runs without a technical team, and a method I bring to clients’ AI rollouts: define “done” before the first prompt.
